This notice covers the Ventana Biosciences website and business enquiries made through its contact pathways. Ventana is the brand used on this website. The operating legal entity, mailing address, and applicable jurisdictions must be confirmed before this review copy becomes a final business privacy notice.

2. Information involved
- Information you provide: name, business email, optional phone number, organization, professional role, state or region, care setting, account status, product interest, quantity or configuration, enquiry details, and requested appointment timing.
- Technical information: website hosting and security services necessarily receive requests that can include IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic information. Their operational records are separate from the enquiry form.
- Browser choices: separate preferences for third-party forms and website analytics can be stored on your device. Each contains the choice, a version, and an expiry time, not your enquiry text.
- Optional analytics: after you allow it, HighLevel receives public-page URLs, referring pages, page titles, visit timestamps, device and browser information, a session identifier, and time spent. The connection also exposes your IP address to its service and can support approximate location reporting. Campaign parameters in approved URLs can be included. Enquiry, account, booking, privacy, design-preview, and private portal pages are excluded from this website tracker.
- Do not provide patient records, diagnoses linked to an individual, insurance identifiers, payment-card information, government identifiers, passwords, or other sensitive information in these public enquiry pathways.
3. Email drafts and connected forms
In the email-draft workflow, entered enquiry details stay in the page while you review them. The website does not submit those details to a Ventana server. Opening an email draft passes its contents to your selected email application; sending it then shares the message with Ventana and the email services involved. Closing or reloading the page can discard unsent details.
HighLevel (GoHighLevel) provides optional website analytics and is the designated form, booking, and customer-relationship service. A configured embedded form is blocked until you choose to load it or enable third-party forms in Privacy choices. Loading it contacts the displayed provider and can transmit technical information before you submit. Submission sends the fields to that provider and Ventana. The provider may use its own cookies or storage.
Chat, voice AI, and automated SMS are not activated by a normal website enquiry. Any future service must provide its own appropriate notice and consent flow before use.
4. Purposes and recipients
Business enquiry information is used to respond to your request, coordinate product information or an appointment, and administer the relevant business relationship. Operational information supports delivery, security, and troubleshooting of the website.
Optional analytics helps Ventana understand public-page engagement and traffic sources. The tracking script is delivered through link.integrate.ky and sends analytics to HighLevel / LeadConnector. It is separate from permission to load forms and does not enroll you in marketing messages. This website does not load the tracker on its email-draft enquiry pages, so reviewing an unsent draft does not submit its fields through analytics.
Recipients can include Ventana personnel handling the request and providers supporting hosting, email, forms, scheduling, or account administration. External manufacturer or regulator links lead to separate websites with their own privacy practices. Loading a third-party service is a separate choice from agreeing to promotional messages.
The website does not implement advertising pixels, cross-site advertising sharing, or a data-sale feature. This describes the website implementation, not a verified audit of every Ventana or future HighLevel business process.
5. Mobile contact information
Providing a phone number for an enquiry is not permission for automated marketing texts or AI calls. A messaging program requires a separate opt-in appropriate to its purpose. Mobile numbers and messaging consent must not be supplied to other organizations for their independent promotional use; contracted delivery and support providers may process them only to operate the requested service. This proposed program rule must be adopted and verified in the connected account before messaging starts.
6. Retention and security
Unsent enquiry details are held in page memory rather than a website contact database. Form and analytics preferences expire after 180 days and can be changed or removed sooner. The current analytics script sets a one-day session cookie, with sessionStorage as a fallback. Retention of analytics already received by HighLevel, email, hosting, and CRM records follows separate provider and business arrangements that still require business confirmation.
No website, email system, or transmission method can promise absolute security. This public website is not represented as a secure clinical-record channel. Contact Ventana before sending sensitive business documents so the appropriate delivery method can be agreed.
7. Requests and choices
You may ask about information you supplied, request a correction or deletion, or ask to stop optional marketing. Depending on your location and the laws that apply to Ventana, additional rights may include access, a copy, portability, restriction, objection, an appeal, or opting out of particular processing. This notice does not assume that every privacy statute applies to every request.
Use the privacy-request email route or call the number above. Identify the request and contact channel involved, without sending sensitive identification documents. Ventana may need proportionate verification or an authorized-agent permission before disclosing or changing records. Applicable legal, security, and recordkeeping exceptions may limit a request. Requests should be assessed under the applicable legal deadlines, without penalizing a lawful exercise of rights.
Optional analytics is blocked by default and when the browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can allow or block it in Privacy choices. Withdrawing permission stops subsequent tracking; an already tracked open page may reload to remove the provider script. Withdrawal does not erase information already sent. Advertising pixels are not enabled. These choices do not change essential delivery or the separate choice to load a third-party form.
8. Location, children, and changes
Ventana presents this site for U.S. professional enquiries. Access from another country can involve processing by hosting, email, or connected-service providers outside your location. Provider locations and any required international-transfer arrangements must be verified before expanding the intended audience.
The site does not intentionally request information from children. Contact Ventana if you believe a child has supplied personal information. Material changes to these practices should be reflected in an updated dated notice and, where required, a separate notification or choice.
